Leyburn South Coaching

This event is suitable for newcomers, families especially welcome. Coaching will be provided for all levels - Very Easy, Easy, Moderate and Hard. Compasses can be borrowed.
Payment is by cash or PayID on the day (no reception to run the Square sorry!)

Directions: From the west, north or east, head to Leyburn, turn east into Leyburn Forestry Rd (at the police station) and follow for about 7km to the assembly area. (Allow 50 mins travel time from Toowoomba).

From Warwick, take the Cunningham Highway (Route 15) westwards through town. Follow this highway through town and continue westwards on Route 42 towards Inglewood for 34km, before turning right into Thanes Creek Road. The first 4km of this road is bitumen and it then becomes a good gravel road. 3.8km after the start of the gravel, take the right hand fork at a junction and travel a further 8km on the Leyburn Forestry Road to the assembly area. Allow 40 mins travelling time from Warwick.

From Stanthorpe, take the New England Highway north to Warwick and at the first set of traffic lights (the intersection with the Cunningham Highway), turn left and follow the directions as above.
