NQ Games - Urban Adventure

North Queensland Sports Foundation are pleased to announce Orienteering as a Sport for the 2020 NQ Games. The NQ Games is the largest run multi-sport event in regional Australia. The 2020 NQ Games will play host to over 4,000 athletes from 40+ sports.

What's the Race : A less than traditional orienteering score event where competitors will collect as many checkpoints as they can in 60-minutes. Checkpoints will be of differing values depending upon their degree of difficulty to find and in true TTOC-style, there will be our random bonus points up for grabs. A challenging adventure with an Amazing Race vibe; suitable for athletes, social walkers / runners and families. Just remember that a "team" means you all stay together the whole time, individual means you go it alone!

--Individual Male (aged 14 and over / under 18 need parental approval)
-Individual Female (aged 14 and over / under 18 need parental approval)
-Mixed Team (2 pers - one male / one female)
-Men's Team (2 pers - two males)
-Women's Team (2 pers - two females)
-Junior Team (2 pers, any gender, both under 18 years)
-Family Team (min 3 pers with one aged under 18, all members related)

? Sport Fee: The only cost for this event is the NQ Games Fee
