Today's event is Park Orienteering on a brand new map of the Gold Coast Regional Botanic Gardens at Benowa, central Gold Coast. The event runs from 9am to 11am on Sunday 27th April 2014.
Courses range from a Very Easy course for youngsters to longer more challenging courses for adults. All ages and abilities are welcome. Arrive between 08:30 and 10:30 to start your course, bring the kids and a picnic. You don’t need a compass, but you do need practical footwear, water and sun protection.
The park has plenty of parking, toilets, shelters, electric barbecues and a decent playground.
