This is the first event at "Camel Farm" since 2013, when it was one of the most popular events of the year: runnable, gently sloping land, intricate erosion gullies, and views of camels and horses in the distance. Make a weekend of it and camp nearby at Logen's Inlet, cool off in the lake on the way home, or enjoy one of Fernvale Bakery's famous pies for lunch.
Directions: Travel north from Fernvale along the Brisbane Valley Highway. Cross the Wivenhoe Dam and continue for 11.8km. The turnoff to the homestead is 2.7 km after the intersection with Coominya Connection Rd. Look for orienteering signs. PLEASE CLOSE THE GATE.

NOTE: this map is very flat, approximately 1% climb on all courses. Hard 1, 2, 3 and Moderate courses will involve some scrambling in and out of gullies, but all other courses are very kind to knees etc.
