Starts: There will be a mass start at approx 6.30pm. Late comers will have a manual start between 6.30pm and 6:45pm. Control collection will start at 7:30pm.
Now the fun bit.
The short course is suitable for kids and families. Strollers need to be okay to go over grass. 25% on streets, 75% in parkland (all grass except for one trail which you can avoid most of if you need to).
The medium course is 50% street and 50% park/trail.
The long course is 39% street and 61% parkland/trail and is minimum 6+ kms.
Note these are "line" courses which means you have to run the controls in the order on the map. It is closer to a street event with parkland than a bush event in terms of navigation so perfect for those who enjoy the usual fare on a Tuesday night with a bit of trail and park running amongst the streets. Because its a mass start expect it to be very fast running (if you wish).
There might even be a special treat of colour maps....
