**Coaching from 2pm; Courses open 3pm**
A recreational activity and sport for all the family. Use your navigational skills and a specially produced map to discover your local parks and outdoor recreational areas. All ages and fitness levels catered for. You can run, jog, walk or have a leisurely stroll. You can complete individually or participate in a group. Newcomers welcome! Full instruction given.
Newcomers: $6 per person 10 yrs and over.
Members $10 adult, $6 junior (<21yrs), $25 family.
Non-members: $13 adult, $9 junior (<21yrs), $35 family (includes SI hire)
