Classic Bush Orienteering, using easier Northern access. Organisers Brenton and Meredith Gray. The courses have been set by Ryan Gray.
Members $5 Non Members $7 Family members $12 Family non members $15.
Course Lengths: Long 3.9km, Medium 3.4km,
Short 1.9km.
Coming from Brisbane, take exit 32 off Centenary Highway. Turn left on Springfield Greenbank Arterial. Turn right on Grande Avenue. After about 1.5 kms turn left on Tea Trees Avenue. Turn right on Grindelia Drive. Please park in either Banya or Poppy Crescent, Springfield. These are very new streets and may not be in your car GPS but are on Google Maps. Brisways 616 Q17, UBD 257 A12 (approx)
There will be limited water on course and given the recent wave of heat it is recommended you consider carrying water.
The terrain is generally runnable however some of the creek banks are quite steep and may take time to cross.
