This is a relay for teams of 3 for 12-19 year old students. MASS START AT 10AM. Briefing at 9.45am. Individuals may enter, and the organisers will sort you into teams. This year, just for fun, the competition is COUNTRY Vs CITY (The Red Shirts vs The Rest!). Everyone who enters will be put into a team. 10 and 11 year olds will run a training race with a mass start, 10 mins after the mass start for the relays. This competition is suitable for both experienced and inexperienced competitors
