A great training opportunity before the Champs on a gently undulating terrain with occasional mining like detail.
Glider Forest is on the South side of Brisbane close to the Logan Motorway.
The assembly area will be in a lovely area at Budela Budela Park in Warill Parkland with a large carpark, lakes and plenty of seating with BBQs available and a Children's playground.
All courses, except Easy, will be a short walk across the very busy Paradise Road, with a remote start and finish.
Cost $8/entrant.
Queueing starts, with one minute intervals between 10.30 and 11.30. Courses close 1pm.

Long Hard 5.7km 100m Climb
Medium Hard 3.8km 45m
Short Hard 2.7km 35m
Moderate 2.9km 35m
Easy 1.6km 10m (Warill Parklands only)
Mini awards for male and female winners.
