Come and Try Orienteering! No experience or special equipment needed. Just wear a hat and walking shoes, and bring a waterbottle. You can borrow a compass and hire an SI stick. Coaching available for all ages. Go out on your own or in a group. A great sport/activity for all the family from kids to grandparents!
There are line courses, where you must visit the controls in the given order (Very Easy 1.5km, Easy 1.7km, Short 2.7km, Long 4.4km) and a score course where you can visit as many controls as you like in the 45 minute time limit.
Meet at Bullocky's Rest, New England Highway, Crows Nest. First starts from 2pm. Courses close at 4.30pm.
Entry fees - Members - Adults $8, Juniors (under 21) $6, Family $22
Non-members - Adults $12, Juniors (under 21) $9, Family $33
