SAFETY:
All competitors are expected to carry a whistle and must return to the finish and report in whether or not they finish the course.
To use the whistle - 6 short blasts and repeat at intervals.
Always be aware of the safety bearing.

PUBLIC EVENTS:
All teachers and interested orienteers are invited to enter the public sprint race on Sat 2nd and the Bush Classic on Sun 3rd August.
ACCOMMODATION:
Competitors, parents and officials attending the carnival may book to stay at the Aldershot Scout Camp, Maryborough, on Bruce Highway. This is non catering, dormitory style with access to showers, kitchen, fridge and outdoor dining. Bookings with Rob Simson qldschools@oq.asn.au or on entry form.
COST:
$12 per night (non catering). Option for $10 for evening meal Saturday BYO plates & cutlery.
CATERING:
No catering arranged for Hunters Hut S.F. BYO drinks and lunch. Bakeries and Subway open in Maryborough.
ENTRIES:
Event entries to be made no later than Tuesday 22 July.
This "Legacy" event does not appear on Eventor.
