In place of the Schools event Toohey Forest Club is still hosting an event on Sunday at Stockyard Creek. It will be suitable for all club members and beginners as well as for students who are doing orienteering at school and are looking for experience. There will be a 5km and a 3km course at moderately hard level, an easier Moderate course about 3km and Easy course of 2km. If I get definite names by Wednesday night I will organise pre-marked maps for students. Otherwise it will be mark your own course from master maps and a self timing system like the mid-week events. SI will be use with electronic timing. Amended details will appear on the OQ events page. Starts will be from 9am till10.30am.
Cost $5 per student. $10 per adult. Family $15
This "Legacy" event does not appear on Eventor.
