IMPORTANT NOTICE- PLEASE READ:
Entries at the listed price will close at 6.00pm on Saturday July 27th. Entries after this date (late entries) will automatically attract a $10 late fee per entry for each of the days entered. Final entries will close 6pm on Friday August 2nd. Competitors who have entered online but not paid at this time will be removed from the entries list and will be advised by email. If paying by cheque, please allow time for cheques to be received by this closing date.
If you need to cancel your entry for any reason, please advise the event organiser and the treasurer before the August 2nd cut off, and your money will be reimbursed. Requests for refunds after this date will attract an administration charge,and are at the discretion of the event organiser.
This "Legacy" event does not appear on Eventor.
