For those who will brave summer temperatures and Buhot Creek bush, you will be rewarded with an ice block to cool down.......
Lots of the bush areas are runnable.
Maps are pre-marked unless we run out.
There will be a water control and if desperate, there are lots of pools to choose from. They all look inviting.
Long - 4.7k 140m climb
Medium - 3.7 110m climb
Short - 2.5k 60m climb
Not suitable for beginners, but some limited instruction can be given
