Bush Orienteering at Quinzeh Rocks, Logan, on Sunday 21 June, start between 9am-11am.
All ages and abilities are welcome to Quinzeh Rocks, Logan, on Sunday 21 June. This is a map that we have not used for a long time and we are very excited to be hosting an event here again. Quinzeh Rocks is a lovely area of bushland offering some great technical orienteering with many possible route choices. It is well worth the drive out!
As usual we have a range of courses to suit all needs and ability levels, including:
• Very Easy (1.7km - on bush tracks)
• Easy (1.8km - close to bush tracks or significant features)
• Moderate (1.9km - close to bush tracks or significant features)
• Short (2km)
• Medium (3.4km)
• Long (4.5km)
This is a MapRun event but all courses will be fully flagged as well.
This registration and start/finish areas for all courses will on the North side of Quinzeh Creek Road.
No need to pre-enter or register, but please let us know right away if you plan to bring a substantial group so we can print more maps.
