The 2026 OQ Middle Distance Championships will be held at Karawatha Forest on a new map called, 'Frogs Hollow'.
The event will be in the afternoon on the 22nd August 2026 with allocated start times from 1pm.
The assembly area will be at the end of Garfield Road (Southern end of Karawatha Forest).
Water will be provided at the assembly only as the estimated winning times are less than 30 minutes.
Toilets will be located a short drive near by, please refer to the bulletin.
