Meeting Place: Denmark Hill, Quarry St, Ipswich (near the hospital)
There is parking along Chelmsford Ave and a car park after the water tanks.
A recreational activity and sport for all the family using your navigational skills and a specially produced map to discover your local parks and outdoor recreation areas. Run, jog or walk - individually or in a group. Full instruction given. All ages and fitness levels welcome.
Course Options:
EASY - 15 controls - 1.4kms - 34 m climb
SHORT - 16 controls - 2.1 km - 80m climb
MEDIUM - 25 controls - 3.7 km - 140m climb

Entry: $5, or $12 for a family. Tap & Go preferred.
