Come to another event on this fabulous map including a newly mapped area by Geoff- sorry medium course runners, you don't go onto the new bit - it would have made your courses too long. I taped all the controls 2 weeks ago - hope they remain after the burn-off! - just beautiful out there on your own. I have listed the climb so take that into consideration when choosing your course.
Long 4.5km 160m climb; Medium 3.1km 125m; Short 1.7km 60m
It would be great if competitors pre-enter, please. Better to enter and not come, than come and not enter - entering ensures you a map. No water provided. No toilet.
The event is at 296 Lake Manchester Road - a beautiful mown lawn (field) next to a drive to rented house clearly numbered 296. Do not go up this drive. We will park in the field adjacent.
